XMobots launches new generation Arator

The "tractor of the skies" is ready to take off on unprecedented flights. XMobots, the largest drone manufacturer in Brazil and Latin America, has announced the launch of the 3rd generation of the Arator, an aircraft that arrives on the market with technological innovations that combine greater performance with the best user experience.

The Arator 5C was shown to the public during a LIVE presented on March 23rd by XMobots' CEO, Giovani Amianti, and the company's Technical Support Coordinator, Henrique Dantas.

Throughout the broadcast, they talked about the history of the best-selling series - from the launch of version A in 2016, through version B (a model that made history by being the first drone in Brazil authorized by ANAC to fly above 400ft) - to the launch of the latest version.

"Over the last few years, we have accumulated knowledge and improved Arator based on our customers' experience of using it, which we call continuous airworthiness. During this period, our technical support team mapped out more than 250 items, including small and large improvements. At the end of these implementations, we realized that we had a totally different and innovative Arator from the point of view of mobile robotics. A piece of equipment ready to explore new sectors, with technologies developed with Brazil's operational reality in mind," says XMobots' CEO, Giovani Amianti.

Among all the improvements implemented in the Arator 5C, Amianti explains that the new XMobots drone brings together 10 major features which, due to their importance for the stability, practicality and robustness of the operation, were highlighted in the product's launch campaign. These include the new take-off, new hull, new communication system, new battery, intelligent landing and the factory-integrated anti-collision system for BVLOS (Beyond Visual Line of Sight) flights.

"It's worth getting to know each innovation in detail, and that's what we're exploring in this launch campaign. We have developed a semi-rigid hull technology, which is a very interesting innovation in the composites sector, which absorbs the energy of landing and extends the life of the hull. Landing was another major development: we developed on-board intelligence that makes the Arator square off and feel the atmosphere in all directions. This intelligence calculates the direction, speed and atmospheric boundary layer in order to land as close as possible to the point chosen by the operator," adds Amianti.

With the Arator 5C, XMobots is talking about overcoming in a new generation. Overcoming based on the experience of use, where the company's customers played a key role in mapping the demands that generated the 3rd generation improvements. "This is what sets XMobots apart: a company that listens to customer feedback and works with them to continuously improve the product," says the company's CEO.

This Tuesday (30/3), XMobots continues the Arator 5C launch campaign with the official product video. Next, each of the 10 improvements listed in the box below will have a specific video-pilot, detailing a little more about the new drone's changes. Don't miss it!
