Buying a spraying drone is just the first step in working in this field. For an efficient application, you need a number of other items and a large vehicle adapted to carry everything.
With a view to designing a project that would transport all the equipment used in an operation, Xmobots developed the SPAD 75, produced on a series scale. Much more than a facilitator in terms of movement, this system allows for an ergonomic working day.
Practicality
The SPAD 75 is a system that integrates all the equipment needed for agricultural spraying operations into a single practical and portable structure, including:
- Spraying drone with batteries and charger (DJI Agriculture line);
- Charging station, cooler and accessory case for the drone;
- XMixer (professional mixer from Xmobots);
- XRTK base (compatible with DJI Agriculture drones);
- Weather station;
- Satellite internet;
- Generator;
- Tool case;
- Personal protective equipment (PPE).
What's more, the access ramp and transport trolley attached to the drone and XMixer make it easy to transport to the operating area. This makes preparing for the operation in the field much quicker and simpler.

Light and compact
The structure of the SPAD 75, in the basic kit version, weighs only 600kg (empty), while the complete kit, loaded with all the items, reaches 750kg*, light enough to be transported by any utility car.
*Taking into account that the internal tank (500l) is empty when traveling on the road. We recommend refueling the tank at the property where spraying is planned.
Security
The SPAD 75 is designed with a robust and safe structure to ensure that the equipment transported for work in the field can be accommodated in the correct compartments.
This system also offers personal protective equipment (PPE), such as overalls, a mask, gloves and boots to avoid contact with the chemicals used in spraying.
For the safety of the operator and/or pilot, there is an elevated area with a guardrail and parasol support, providing a 360º view of the operation.
The SPAD 75 also has identification plates for the products being loaded and complies with the following relevant legislation:
- CONTRAN (National Traffic Council);
- SENATRAN (National Traffic Secretariat);
- DETRAN (State Traffic Department).
The system has lockable doors and a single key to ensure maximum compartment security. Its electrostatically painted metal cabinet, internal drains for washing and sturdy latches guarantee durability and protection for the equipment.

By opting for the SPAD 75, the farmer and/or service provider saves significantly, since buying this equipment individually would take a considerable amount of time and would be much more expensive than acquiring the solution with the complete Xmobots kit.
