How much time have you spent trying to create a syrup mixer? Although the product is efficient for preparing the syrup and fueling the drone, transportation is a major challenge.
With this in mind, XMobots has developed a product that promises to transform the lives of those who work with drone spraying: the XMixer.
It is a 4-valve unit:
- Fill the mixer;
- Triple wash;
- Stir the syrup;
- Refuel the drone/wash the utensils.
How does XMixer work?
The XMixer is light, easy to carry and very simple to use. Watch the video below:
1. Supplying the mixer
The XMixer comes with a water tank with two compartments: 315L for clean water and 15L for drinking water.
As soon as the hose is connected to the mixer and the valve is activated on the dashboard, the tank will fill up to 170L.
2. Triple rinse nozzle
After pouring the agricultural inputs into the tank, insert the measuring bottle into the triple rinse nozzle located inside the tank and activate the valve. A jet of water will quickly clean the container.
3. Stir the syrup
The equipment has three modes for agitating the mixture: top hose, submerged hose or both at the same time.
This feature allows you to control the agitation according to the amount of syrup produced.
4. Refueling drone/Washing utensils
The last button on the XMixer has two functions: refueling the aircraft and washing the utensils.
In the first option, the supply hose must be easily coupled with the applicator nozzle.
Even during filling, you can keep the mixture stirring. This prevents the product from settling in the tank and guarantees a homogeneous mixture.
What's more, XMobots has carried out a test proving that the XMixer refuels a DJI AGRAS T40 drone in just 45 seconds.
Finally, to wash the utensils used in the operation, simply attach the hose with the nozzle at the end. This option has water pressure regulation.
How much energy do you need?
The syrup mixer is available in two voltages: 220v and 380v. This way, you can use the drone's own generator.
- DJI AGRAS T20P generator: 220v (non-automatic two-phase)
- DJI AGRAS T40 generator: 380v (Three-phase)
XMixer is easy to transport
The XMixer has wide, earth-friendly wheels, carrying handles and a lockable lid that prevents the contents from leaking out.
