Did you know that since May 2017, when ANAC launched RBAC-E94 (regulations governing the drone market) there have been rules to follow. For example, drones can only fly at a height of up to 400ft (121m) and with a range of up to 500 meters? So, if your drone operation doesn't respect these limitations, your company could be fined under Law No. 7.565/86 of the Brazilian Aeronautical Code. It also determines, among other sanctions:
- Payment of fine;
- Detention, interdiction or seizure of the irregular aircraft;
- Intervention in the company;
- Cancellation of licenses, concessions or authorizations;
- Use of police force to obtain the detention of an aircraft that endangers public safety, persons or things.
