XMobots, the largest drone factory in Latin America, currently with more than 400 employees, is expanding its team and opening more than 540 job opportunities in São Carlos (SP), to be filled by 2023.
The figures stand out mainly because this is one of the biggest hirings ever seen in the drone sector, not only in Latin America, but also worldwide.
Of the total number of vacancies, more than 410 are directed at the XMobots Research and Development team, i.e. hiring engineers and technicians specialized in various areas to work on projects aimed at developing new robotic technologies.
In addition to the R&D vacancies, XMobots is also recruiting talent for the Operations, Marketing and Commercial sectors. The company values diversity and inclusion, encouraging candidates from different backgrounds and experiences to apply.
With the new hires, the company should end 2023 with a workforce of almost 1,000 employees, having a significant impact on the local economy, especially as these are high value-added jobs. XMobots, with the large financial investments it has made and the significant employment it has provided for the local population, is of vital importance to São Carlos, the state of São Paulo and Brazil."
XMobots' Human Resources Manager, Manuela Albuquerque, adds that experience in the drone segment is not necessary for certain vacancies, since all those approved will undergo training processes which, in some cases, can take up to a month to complete. "We're looking for professionals who are passionate about technology and want to help us write this story of transforming Brazilian technology."
