Is your company operating drones in accordance with the law?

The number of drones in the air is increasing. But if you want to operate one, you have to comply with certain legal requirements.

The regulation states that in order to fly above 400 feet (120m) and with a range of more than 500m, you must have equipment certified by ANAC. Thus, the Arator 5B XMobots is the only Brazilian drone to have this authorization.

Regulation of the use of drones in Brazil has brought gains for the development of the sector. And, of course, greater safety for users of the technology. If you don't follow the rules determined by RBAC-E94, the company is subject to sanctions. This means fines of up to R$40,000.00, seizure of the equipment, criminal prosecution for threatening air safety and even imprisonment of the pilot.

Don't fall for the idea that it's OK to fly without following the rules.

There is no safe and conscientious flight outside the rules governing access to Brazilian airspace by RPAs and/or model airplanes. Illegal flights jeopardize not only the hobby, but an entire sector, through which countless jobs are being generated. Think about it!" says Lieutenant-Colonel Jorge Vargas Rainho (DCCO).
